Default Inexpensive monitor for photo editing?

I'm looking at both of these monitors:
Acer AL 2216WB
SAMSUNG 941BW
Obviously, the Acer is 22" and the Samsung is 19". But the size is not as important to me as quality. I want to be able to calibrate the monitor well using a product like Pantone Huey or Spyder 3. I will be using it primarily for photo editing.

Which one do you think is better? Or do you have another at around $200-250 to recommend? Thanks!

Wow, thanks that does look like a good one, 2500:1 contrast sounds amazing. It sounds like contrast, brightness, and response time are the crucial elements to look at, is that right?

I found a couple others to consider. Is Samsung better/worse/different than Acer?
Samsung 226BW
Samsung 216BW
