The timings are different. The first one has a timing of 5-5-5-18, but the second one has a timing of 5-5-5-12. Other than that, can't notice any differences.

One last difference is that the first one doesn't state a voltage, but the second one is 1.9v.

The DHX one has 1.8v

Lower voltage, the better no?

I suppose so, but 0.1v isn't exactly gonna tax your PSU much more. Personally, I'd go for the cheaper one. You also need to make sure your board can take each set of RAM, because that might narrow down the options for you. There are different voltages for different boards, so you might wanna check the documentation.

Everything looks good. You can run the RAM at 4-4-4-12. You'll have to manually set that in the BIOS. You can keep the voltage @ 1.8, although I've ran the XMS2 as high as 2.3. If you plan to OC the memory, you'll need to increase the voltage a little.

Ok thanks, I'm going for the DHX ones they seem to run cooler than the regular ones and look nicer, for $5, that's a good deal IMO.

Thanks mep and azwebs. I've read the documentation before and I'm pretty sure the P35-DS3L can do 1.8v...
