Default 9800 series information?

Does anyone know any information (or even rumors) about when the 9800 series will be released, particularly the mid-range versions (GT and GTS)? Or any kind of specs for them?

9800GTX is rumored to be at $400... 9800GX2 is rumored at $600. This will drop the ATI prices.

The 9800GTX got a 3DMark06 score of 14k with a QX9650, that's horrible when my E6850 and 8800GTX can do 12.2k
