I know case + psu combos are usually junk but the reviews for this one were too good to give up ><, cant hurt to try right?

Also, should I get 64 or 32 bit Vista OS since I have a DX10 card and only Vista supports DX10? (Though I like XP more)

Good build

32bit is fine, unless you're going to use more than 3.25GB of RAM. You'll need Vista to use DX10 though. Look at M$ Windows Vista Home Premium x64
