Hi everyone, had a quick question, I just ordered an alienware laptop for me, and it gave me the option of two versions of the creative soundblaster Audigy 2. One of the choices was internal, and the 2nd was usb external, I chose the external usb one (NX), I was wondering how it works though, is it you plug in the soundcard to the usb and thats the only way you are gonna get sound, or can I unplug it and still get sound? Plus what are the advantages and disadvantages of either, cause i can call and have them put the internal one.
PS: the reason i was wondering was because i find it weird that that that would be the only way to get sound, plugging it in to your USB port. |

For the Audigy2 NX, you connect via USB2
