Arrow E-Commerce Opinion Survey - please take it (its for my marketing class)

Hello Computer Forum.

I have to hand out an e-commerce opinion survey for my marketing class. Instead of handing it out, I figured it would be better to copy and paste it here, and just let you fill in the blanks via replying to this thread.

DO NOT copy and paste the survey to fill it out, just reply back with your answers. I'll understand that your first answer will be for the first blank, second answer for the second blank, and so on and so forth..

Thanks for helping! Your deed will be rewarded.

<!-- Survey begins, please answer all questions honestly -->

Gender: Male

Age: Under 20 (16)

I use Firefox

How often do you buy online? monthly

I have bought mainly computer parts, and some stuff like tshirts and stuff.

I buy online because of cheaper prices, and its more convenient to sit at home and get stuff posted to you.

The last thing i bought was my P31 motherboard, costing AU$120

I paid with a bank transfer
but usually i would use paypal

i never really care for credit card security cos i pay with it using paypal.

i dont know if the site was secure or not.

i would but most stuff online unless it pretty much the same price and available at a local store. cos then you have local warranty and stuff.

E-commerce's time was always coming, it has come, and it will still come some more.
hahahhahahaa

Name of person interviewed: Tom
1. Male
2. 41-50
3. Other (Firefox)
4. Every 3-6 months
5. n/a
6. electronic components, computer parts, stereo equipment, medical supplies
7. Other (all reasons given)
8. $88
9. mailed check
10. n/a
11. I don't know
12. neutral -- was able to buy what I wanted, but mail was held up due to weather
13. perishables, items without return privileges
14. I feel it's an option that has already shown it will kill brick & mortar stores that don't/can't compete
15. nothing major
16. Too many e-commerce sites don't accept transactions without a credit card or PayPal account. Insisting on PayPal or credit card only leaves a large number of potential buyers on the sidelines. Acceptance of mailed-in checks and money orders should always be offered as a payment option.
