Default detele read only files that say they are not read only

sorry if this as been gone over before and if this is the wrong place sorry about that too so ok heres the thing i installed a program and then later took it out and some of it stayed behind i have made shore the its not read only if it is i make it not read only but then at say the it may be read then i look it say that its read only again plus other files are not read only and they wont delete so plz help and thank you

i would think you have more than one problem. try restarting with the f8 key and then deleting. on the other hand you might get a better response if you mentioned what type of file you are opening.

the file type are all dll and like i said there all from one program that i took out also some of the files say that they are read only so i make them not read only then i go to delete them and i look again there back to read only
