Default help me for sata hdd

i have a problem in a system which have sata hdd. When i was reloaded os xp sp2 it runs corectly with mass storage divese. after aday. when mass storage devise is inserted into usb with out a memory card it takes auto run and displays that there is no disk in the drive. that is the solution.

Because there IS no disk in the drive...
