Yeah.

See the mobo, it supports socket LGA775 and the cpu is socket LGA775.

Not much info on the mobo there huh? Doesn't say what it accepts and all the details of it but yeah like Gogey said it's compatible.

Yes, but not suggest to get 650i chipset motherboard. In case you want to SLi, go for 780i chipset. Or if you crossfire, go for X38/ X48 chipset.

Or just simply go for P35 chipset.
Suggest to go for GA-EP35-DS3R/ GA-P35-DS3L
