If your not going to run SLI then none of the above, get a AM2+ board with a AMD 700 series chipset. You will have alot better upgrade path. If you want to run SLI then wait because Nvidia is releasing a AM2+ chipset soon.

well this is my first gaming computer i am not sure if i would upgrade and when i just want a decent video card for now. the reason i put those cards up there for now is b/c they are the only ones available through an online retailer where i am planning on buying the computer. i think eventually i would sli but i am not sure when if it is in 3 years who knows what type of technology would be out and i probably would just buy all new parts.

If your not going to SLI now then a AM2+ board would be your best bet.
