Default Really Cheap Computer (Help Building)

Ok..... I just messed up my laptop really baddd, and I need a new desktop, not monitor, for the rest of my school years.. My parents got me a laptop at the beggining of high school... and i messed it up, and i need some type of thing to run for me for 2 years... Also I'm really on a tight budget, so the cheaper the better. I can get the OS, and everything.. but i'm not sure what to get for everything for the computer when i want to do it under 300$, possibly 400$....

He said he doesn't need a monitor.

And he certainly doesn't need a shitty 580W PSU for that build, he needs a good 300W one.

Also replace Phenom and garbage motherboard with a Pentium Dual Core and something like this:

Those 3 components are crap as in piece of shit, anyho about the cheaply stuff on newegg, it only happens once and not everything has it, it's call "Black Friday" cuz is the day after thanksgiving.

Something like this would be a better build rather than yours

HDD:

Are you looking for a pre-built system? Or are you looking to buy all the parts and assemble it yourself?
