HELP with blue print

this is the colour BLUE i am talking about
when i open my computer there is blue print to secect the hard drive all others icons, (eg floppy and CD Rom are black) then when i go into hard drive same thing some folder titles BLUE some black print some of the inside folders (dat. text some downloaded programs) are also in blue print not all in the folders this was not there 3 months ago. i dont know what has coursed this, is it files i have downloaded from internet or WHAT.
I dont know if this makes any sense if you are reading this post back and i will give you more info
