Default Suggest a LCD monitor...

Please tell me which lcd monitor should i buy? There are a lot of Monitors like AOC,Acer,LG,Samsung,Dell etc. I play a lot of games and watch HD movies. Beside that i have to work in front of it for about 8-10 hrs. 20" or 22" is the preference. Budget 500$. Pls pls rep asap.

Any will be fine, bad monitors don't really exist. Just make sure you've got at least 5ms response and 1000:1 contrast ratio.

I've got a 24¨ acer, it's completely fine, you could spend more and get a top of the range samsung or dell, but unless you compare the 2 side by side you'll never appreciate any difference.

Ultimately go for a cheap one, thats my advice. There are more important things to spend your cash on

I have a 24" widescreen Acer and it works amazing. You can find them on both tigerdirect.com or newegg.com; newegg's are generally less expensive
