Overclocking intel
My friend has an intel cpu e6320 1.8
I was wondering if there is any program for him like the AMD Overdrive program that i use to manually OC his cpu with a program rather than using the bios? any ideas thanks in advance

The BIOS is the best way to overclock, you don't need to have a program launch on startup in order to raise the clock speeds, it's much more stable, and you have many more option to tweak.

Yeah i know that, but its a dell, and there are no bios tweaking there. so i was wondering if there are any programs that allow it on the desktop

the AMD software doesnt work? if you havent tried it, try it.
