Default What!?

Ok, I just got this new laptop only a few months old for school and the key breaks off of it. I was just wondering if anyone else had something like this happened to them. I have a hp pavilion ze4900. Specs are below.

If you mean a keyboard key that who cares that happens to people through careless mistakes you can just snap that back into place. But if not then I have no idea about what kind of key your talking about
