Default 8800gts or 9600gt

I bought a 9600gt for my new PC but its not working, newegg is out of stock so Icant get a replacement. I'm thinking about getting a refund and then paying more for an 8800gts, what do you guys think?

If u can afford then buy it, the 8800gts is much better than 9600gt unless if it not performance that u after.

go for either 8800GTS or 8800GT.
