I've been reading threads in here for the past couple of weeks and I want to build a computer now. I have a maximum of $1300 and I will be using this computer for writing/dowloading documents, downloading music/videos, surfing the net, and playing games (which I like to max out settings on semi-high demanding games). I am pretty new to this stuff so anything I need to know, please tell me.
This is only my idea of my build, please correct me if theirs anything better. I'm mainly just worried about if the parts will work together. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146025 Case (50) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827136117 Cd/DVD (25) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136178 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148261 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136055 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148136 Hard Drive (Not sure which one) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820220293 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227267 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820104001 Ram (Again, not sure which one) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817148027 Power Supply (25) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150276 Video Card (130) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16829102002 Sound Card (30) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103191 CPU (163) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131013 Motherboard (135) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009108 Monitor (190) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...Keyboard+Mouse (22) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835100007 Arctic Silver I may have forgot something because I'm running out of time right now. Not sure of my total because of my time limit I have on the computer. I was also thinking of hooking this computer up to wireless internet. I have AOL Broadband so would this be everything I need? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833124085 Router http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833124069 PCI Wireless Adapter Thanks in advance. |

For $1000 I would have expected a 8800GTS G92 + E8400...
