Cant delete

I loaded video clip to my C drive, I am trying to delete it but it wont go.I keep getting a massage to close another program that is using it, I closed all the programs and still no go.???? I have a Sony VGN-A190 laptop.

Thanks, I read another thread and downloaded anti locker program that worked great.
