i have a situation, I have Battlefield 2 and everytime i go into it it goes fine, until i stay on there for, lets say 10 seconds, and the music will just freeze and repeat. Then I end up restarting the computer. It has worked before. The only change was that installed Windows Vista. I dont see why this would make it not work because my dad has a laptop with vista and it works fine on their.

PS: My dads laptop and my pc are fairly the same spec

What display drivers you running? You may want to head over to the nVidia site and see if they have any updated drivers.

im having a similar problem when i join a server it dims the music like its going to join but then once the music stops and its going to switch screens to loading it freezes and i laso have to restart. I uninstalled the game but if that fixed your problem then ill re-install it
