QuickTime to Windows Media Player?! Need quick help!

I'm doing this for my Spanish 1AD project so I can't waste time. We did the clips on 2 cameras, one with a WMP format and one with Quicktime. I have both cards in my reader, but I can't find a QuickTime to WMP converter!

Anyone have any to share? Thanks!!

If you happen to have a mac ffmpegx will definitely work
the windows version ffmpeg may work for you, I've never used it though
