Are they the only ones to replace my parts?

Im thinking about getting an alienware laptop, dell is the creator of the alienware, and i know that with having dell the only possible way to fix your computer is through dell. Is it the same way with alienware?

alienware is a separate company that's owned by Dell.
They recently bought it (about 1 or 2 years ago).

All repairs are going through alienware, Dell has nothing to do with the aftersales.
