Default New build wont do anything at start up

Now I have found this is a video card problem I will make a new topic in "Video Cards and Monitors"

Make sure you have all the power cables plugged into the motherboard. It sounds like you may have missed the CPU power plug. Just go over the board very slowly looking for power plugs.

I just noticed all the fans work except for the one on the video card.

What does this mean?

That it's overheating or that you didn't plug in the 6pin connector.
