Default In-Game Video Recorder

Alright, I've tried Fraps, it wont start the video recorder when I push F9, and I tried other keys. I tried Gamecam, it wouldn't load Call of Duty 4 while running, it just kept loading. And I tried Growler Guncam, same problem as Gamecam, and the quality choices were bad.

What else is out there? I am trying to find a good quality recorder that wont lag me down while gaming.

Thanks.

What is a good recorder that has the least frame rate drop? I get about 45fps in LFS with Fraps at max settings and I get 100fps w/o fraps. Fraps is a frame rate hogg.

XFire makes it laggy.

Any other suggestions?

Also it is a very small app at under 1mb unlike fraps. Kinda nice that way.
