Default Any advice would be great

I'm about to get my P35-DS3L and e8400 in today. According to alot of stuff ive read online I will possible have to flash the BIOS in order to have it run at 3.0ghz.

Ive never had to flash the bios and was wondering if anyone would help me understand how so i dont screw anything up.

You'll have to flash the BIOS to RUN it.

They have a piece of software that makes it amazingly easy.
