Default I need some memory

I have a few older Dell precision 340's at my store. I need some memory for them. I found it for around 260.00 for 512 MB. Anyone have any ideas on finding some at a better price? What I need is

512MB 184-PIN RIMM PC800 MEMORY MODULE.

I can buy a whole new system that would fit my needs for under 600.00
so paying 260.00 to 320.00 just for the memory doesn't make sense.

It's old memory and therefore not as easy to find. They probably don't even make it anymore. Thats why it's so expensive.
