Default Which Deal to go with?

option 1:
- amd athlon x2 3800+/4800+
- 200gb/320gb hdd
- 1gig/2gig ram if lucky
- restore partition
- used
- no graphic card



option 2:
emachines
- amd athlon64 3000+
- 200gb hdd (probly cheap 2mb cache)
- 2.5gig ram
- restore CD's
- used
- buy additional 7800 GTX pci-express





both options will be about 200.00 usd budget. which should I go for?

It might bottleneck a little, but onboard that doesn't even have T&L is worse
