Exclamation Virus problem pls help

Recently i had a virus named ravmon.exe and i followed some steps and deleted it. this virus spreads every time the auto run is activated. To know that you have this virus you have to right click on a harddrive and the normal words will be shown in an arabic kind of language and also when you try to activate the show hidden files and folders it will not work.
Everything was ok for a couple of weeks but now i can't activate the show hidden files and folders and the internet is slowing again but the weird thing is that i can't find the virus anywhere just like i did the first time i found out about this virus!
Can anyone pls help me?!
thanks

If the file is running from C:\WINDOWS\system32\RavMon.exe, then it`s more than likely a trojan infection. if not ravmon.exe is a security monitor but try uninstalling or deleting it (have you tried virus scan) and if its not working try starting in safe mode run regedit save a backup of the registry then do a search for ravmon in the registery if it looks like it is the right thing delete it and that should do it.
