Default monitor question

I am looking to get a new monitor for my computer. I'd like a decent one for once. I've heard Acer is decent and was looking at this monitor. Anyone have any thoughts on it?

Sorry but ACER's are not that great they are smaller in screens size than you think and have not lasted more that 2 years at my work.
