Default Power supply

It may well be just your power supply.
Check the voltage switch on the back of your power supply to ensure correct voltage.
Test the power supply by removing it from the casing or just unplugging it from the board then use a paper clip, open it up and place the ends into the green wore and any other black wire.
If it powers up then the supply is good and if not well then you know the result
