Default new laptop

i am looking at new laptops and alot seem to have INTEL X3100 inbuilt graphics will this be ok with video editing and programmes such as flash? or anything about how good it is?

New on-board graphics are getting better and better, but depending on your amount and type of editing, you may look for a model that has an actual GPU.
