If you formatted and loaded an OS onto your computer and you have onboard sound then the drivers will have been loaded with the OS, or a driver disc with your motherboard.

If you have a seperate sound card plugged into your motherboard then a CD will have come with it with the drivers on.

Drivers are specially made for a particular model sound card. If all you and us know is that it says "Multimedia Audio Channel/Device", then theres nothing we can do.

Do you have a model number of your computer?
