Discussion growing big but no solution yet.
So anyone who is already experienced in 3d multimedia field please provide your suggestions.
possibly tips and tricks.

If you just want a 3D modeller try Wings 3D http://www.wings3d.com/

It's easier than Blender and it's also open source (free)
