Default Recommend a processor?

Hey all,
just wondering if i could have some recommendations for a LGA 775 Intel processor for not a ton of money (<80$, preferably). I will probably be running a lot of games, like World of Warcraft, Unreal Tournament 3 (if possible), Orange Box, CSS, and more (perhaps Command and Conquer 3). I will also be doing a lot of internet browsing and media stuff. Any good recommendations?

yes, although i do not know how (i plan on reading the instructions on this forum after i buy my processor). i plan to overclock a bit. maybe not as much as some extreme users, but some. i currently have a AMD Athlon XP 2600+ 2.133gHz in my current PC. I may be able to reuse that, although i really do not want to (it'll mean worse performance even with overclocking and i will have to pick another motherboard).

no shipping involved. Therefore it's <$80

E2160 and E2140 are selling at the same price
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819116036

So, there is no reason to buy E2140 over E2160
