Sony Handycam DCR-HC21 Software

Hey all, I lost the disc for the "picture package" combo, which sadly, is the only way I know how to stream videos from my camera to my PC. Does anybody know of a different software which can do the same? Or a location where I can find the Picture Package files?

What were you using to stream videos previously? USB or Firewire? If you used Fireware, it should be very easy to find some sort of alternative software. Shouldn't be too hard with USB either, assuming you have the drivers and it streams similarly to a capture card... I've personally never tried to capture using USB from my camcorder.

Also, have you search Sony? They probably wouldn't have their video capturing/editing software available, but you never know...

I am using USB. I would record the videos from my camcorder to my pc with the software. The quality wasn't too great either. I paid around $500 for the camera, and haven't been impressed yet.
