what is

"os installation media" ?

someone selling a computer and in the description it says no os installation media but it says vista installed.

what that mean? no os installation media?

It means Vista is installed on the machine, but you will not get a Vista installation DVD.

so vista is installed? when i buy it i am ready to get on? all set? so os installation media is jus the vista cd?

what if it says like this:

O/s Installation Media
Applications / Drivers Disc(s)
User Documentation

can i still be getting it on right away? plug and play? and what is the application driver disc?

It means they loaded an illegal copy of Vista on the pute and there's a chance you will have problems

but it have restore partition... isnt that supose to be legit if it have that? plz reply in 30sec

It's like they have installed Vista without a COA.
