I think that you know files with extensions .asp are executed on the server not a simple broswer , i.e. IIS (its a Microsoft product), you can install it from the Windows XP CD
what are you willing to know about it?

I know its used with FTP, SMTP, NNTP, and HTTP/HTTPS. What is its purpose? Does it allow these protocols to communicate with each other? How is it used? What's your experience with it?

I appreciate your responses.
