need to synk mp3.. what program to use?

ok i used to be able to plug in my mp3 and have a windows screen automatically jump up and give me an option to add/delete or do w/e on my sansa but for some reason that doesn't happen anymore, i plug it in, it makes the beep sound and gives me a few options that have nothing to do with what i need.....

could i download a program to replace windows ? if so, whats the name of it...

and if not, what can i do to get the original windows program back?

When the "Autoplay Options" window comes up, just select the second to last one "Open Folder to View Files".

Or you could try WMP to sync your music.

Windows Meadi Player 11 will do the job.
