Unhappy Can't play music while CD is buring

Does anyone else have this type of issue? When I burn a cd in itunes, I can’t play songs from my main play list…so if im burning a cd, and then I go to my library, and click a song, it wont play smoothly, it comes out all crackly and slow and sounds like my computer is dying…. I do not have many background programsrunning and I have plenty much of power like RAM and my processor isn’t that bad…

lol. No, i really don't think so. I have an iPod....and its a bitch but i have the use the crap software to load up music onto my iPod.

Keep this on the low, but i think the iPod gets some type sexual pleasure when being loaded up with iTunes. Think about it: "iTunes and iPod, made for eachother" WTF!!!

oh but as an EDIT:

it even happens, but not nearly as much, when i switch songs without burning a CD...Should i just post a HJT log up? ive been using the comp for a week without any protection on, it may be possible that it might of been infected with something in that timeframe.

I've had the same issue and ended up with a few coasters.
Looks to me like you're trying to do too much with the hard drive bus. You're already moving data from the hard drive to the CD burner via iTunes, and then you're trying to play music from another file by moving that data as well on the HD bus to your music player.
My advice: pick one task: burn the CD or play music.

my hard drives?? i have 2 hard drives. ones an internal and one is the external. the music that i play is off my external hard drive with USB. my internal hard drive...is mainly my OS and programs. but both of u guys make sense...i was burnin the songs off my external...and playing them off my external too. that makes sense. is the bus speed the same as the cache?
