Get adobe CS3
 uuummm... try the google editter.... it is called Picasa. i have used it before and i have found it to be good... but i think free wise that might be the best one. Warning though if you get CS3 or photoshop it takes up space on your hard drive... like a lot.... 5GB CS3 is. Also Adobe has bought Macromedia if you guys know....
