I live in Portland Oregon, well West Linn actually but if I said that most wouldn't know where that is.
I love to fish. I fish for tuna, halibut, lingcod, seabass, blue shark, cabazon, salmon, steehead, trout, walleye, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, sturgeon, crappie, blue gill, catfish. and anything else I can wet a line for. I also love to hunt elk, blacktail dear, cougar and black bear, turkey and coyotes. Any of you enjoy these activities? And if you do tell me about where you do it at. |

I fish and live in NJ. Never tried saltwater before, but there are a few nice freshwater ponds/lakes about 30 minutes away. Mainly go for chain pickerel and catfish.

Hey I live around Portland, about the hunting, I've always wanted to go, I go shooting all the time, I've just never had the chance for hunting.
Edit: hah, just saw the West Linn part, I'm out in Hillsboro, I love Oregon |

i used to go deepsea fishing for marlin when i was a bit younger. nasty fish, they put up a fight for a good 30 minutes before they get tired and give in. i still crab very often. although i dont think it qualifies as fishing or hunting... i put a chicken neck in a trap and drop it off a dock, return 2 days later and claim my dinner. BLUE CRAB FTW

My favorite thing to do is to hunt, and what I like to hunt the most is dove...because there's nothing involved. You just go out, sit ...and pop them out of the sky, you don't have to wake up early in the morning, wear anything specific, set up decoys, nothing. You just sit there and shoot them. Fun.
