Can anyone tell me what power supply should i get and how many watts it is.

*And can anyone post a good overclocking configuration for my MOBO:
GA-MA69VM-S2
AMD 3200+ manila core
Kingston 533 512mb

Bigger is better, and 750W power supplies aren't that expensive any more. I'd go that route.

For the system you have a 750 watt P/S is way over the top. These should power the system just fine with room left to spare.

400W PSU is enough.
As Stranglehold said, leave some room for upgrade.

Even those power supplies are overkills. The Antec Earthwatt 380 would be plenty for that system.
