It's only around 66MB via Windows Update, and yes you will need to restart. Just have it install and then come back an hour later and it should be done. Try not to do anything else when it's installing.

I found vistas windows update is wierd..i once came across it saying install service pack 1 but i thought i best restart first as i had installed other programms...then when i went back to the windows update programm it said everything is up to date! Took me 5 rescans to be able to choose to update to service pack 1..
