Exclamation Help With Router/laptop

So I have a problem and I have no idea what it could be...I am generally pretty good with computers too...so heres the problem...Whenever I visit a certain website, none specific in particular, just a website it will all of the sudden not load the full page. From there No more webpages will load, it will say the computer is connected to the internet but I cannot do anything, it is just like I am not connected and they only way I can get it working again is to reset the router...I thought it was the router but I bought a brand new one and it was worse then the first, it might have to do with this problem...when I enable the feature uPnP on my router it automatically freezes the computer requiring me to turn my whole computer off. When I bought the new Router, it was a Linksys, as soon as I was connected to the internet it would automatically freeze again, I assume that is because it has some sort of uPnP feature already enabled stock, please help me!!!!!I have a Netgear WGT624 v2 Router and a Toshiba's Satellite A105-S4344 Laptop...Thanks in advance to anyone who helps...
