Well... it is 1080p and it has an 8ms response with a decent contrast of 10,000:1... Newegg says that they should at least have an 8ms response and that a good contrast for an LCD is 1,000:1. It is only $800 before taxes (so... $80 with a 10% tax in my province) roughly $880 when all said and done.

My only problem is that I live just a ways out of the city, and the flyer says it's only Limited Quantities with no rain checks... so I guess I'd have to get there tomorrow to see if it's there, or risk not getting the deal.

I mean, with all those specs, it sure beats the 32 inch Sony I was looking at that was basically $1100...

I think I'll sit and think about it a bit more tonight, see what other responses I get here, then make a final decision while talking to my parents. I have the money, but they'll be in the city tomorrow, not me, so I'll likely have to work a deal with them if I do decide to get it.
