Question Need help Removing Vista from Disk partition with other OS installed

So a month or 2 ago i decided to experiment with some linux based os's to free myself from Microsoft's costly and un-functional monoply. So I got Ubuntu7.10 and un-knowingly installed it to the same partition of my hdd as Windows Vista had been installed on. My windows Vista has since past beyone the trial use period. I re-armed it as much as I could, and now I can only use it, as some of you may be framiliar with; in "Reduced Functionality Mode". Which pretty much gives you acces to the internet, which you can access your files through and thats it.

How may I (if possible) remove vista and all it's crap from the same partition that I have Ubuntu installed on Without loosing the other OS?

The only way to see Vista totally removed is to delete the entire partition. The beta days have been over for some time now with the full release retail editions having been out for over a year now.

Any Linux distro including ubuntu is native to VFat not NTFS type partitions abd should see a clean install of 7.10 all over anyways on a new Linux not MS type partition. A second swap partition would also be a good idea if you intending to stay with Linux.
