Exclamation x64 changed to x86 WHY

I swear in my c: drive i had programm files then programm files x64...just browsing through folders today and noticed it now says x86WTH is that about? Is it just normal or has something gone wrong somewhere???

A 64 bit OS has two folders, the Program Files folder which is for 64 bit apps, and a Program Files (x86) folder for 32 bit apps. It never said x64.
