Default problem after Dban boot and nuke hard drive wipe???

Hello, iI tried to wipe my HDD with dban boot and nuke so that i can do a clean installation of xp. But after the wiping is done, i try to install xp...problem comes. My computer running and boot with xp installation disc as normal, but after it loaded complete and begin to start install, it appear blue screen and says:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow
these steps:

...............Check your hard drive configuration
and check for any updated drivers. RunCHKDSK /F to check
for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

i had 320GB sata seagate hard drive so i replaced that hard drive with a new one too but its still showing same error
could anybody please help me in this ..thanks in advance
