somebody answered my question last time, thought hey told me how to start a program at a specific time. i want to know how to shut off my computer at a specific time...

I have used this in the past and have found it to be good..
Just make sure you dont have to many programs running in the background, sometimes it has trouble telling them the close and they need to be closed manually.... But its the same with most pc shutdown programs.. problem solved by closing your email, broswer etc. before you go....... But it can still force most progs to close.
