alright so i was going to register my graphics card and the only way to do it was to take it out of my computer and so i take it out and get the number i need pop it back in and i hit the switch in the back and turn it on. when nothing was coming up on the monitor i figure it hasnt build up enough power so i shut it off later i go to turn it on and nothing even though the computer had power cause i could charge my zune still and the green light on my motherboard was on. so i open it up and try to see what the problem may be but didnt see any all the plugs seem good. the only thing i get out of it is when i turn the switch on in the back of the computer it goes on for a couple seconds but the switch in the front doesnt turn it on at all. I need help does anyone have any solutions.

First thing you need to do is take the card back out and reset it making sure it all the way in and locked in by the tab.
