Default RAM Suggestions

Hey guys, Just wondering what you guys suggest as far as RAM, what the best deal will be. Im going for 4GB (preferably 4x1GB sticks)

I have chosen a couple that I think would be best, but please, if you feel you know of a better set, please post it!

Crucial Ballistix (x2)

Patriot

Im not sure if I really need the heat sinks or not, i'll be doing a LOT of gamming and multi-tasking. Basically a little bit of just about everything really.
Will I have any type of over-heating problems? Im planning on getting this set-up (but may be changing a few things here and there):

Thanks for any help in advance
-Mike
